A BILL to amend article one, chapter thirty of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, by
adding thereto a new section, designated section fourteen-a,
relating to legislative appropriation of fees and revenue of
all boards of examination or registration; and specifying
effective date.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That article one, chapter thirty of the code of West Virginia,
one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended by
adding thereto a new section, designated section fourteen-a, to
read as follows:
ARTICLE 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL STATE BOARDS OF
EXAMINATION OR REGISTRATION REFERRED TO IN CHAPTER.
§30-1-14a. All fees and revenue
to be appropriated.



Effective the first day of July, two thousand one,
expenditures from every fund heretofore established of every board
of examination or registration referred to in this chapter for the
purposes set forth in the article creating the board of examination
or registration are not authorized from collections but are to be
made only upon and in accordance with appropriation by the
Legislature and in accordance with the provisions of article three,
chapter twelve of this code and upon fulfillment of the provisions
of article two, chapter five-a of this code.
